In this 45 minute yoga class, each pose will be held for a few breaths to allow for time to connect with yourself and slow down. Moving and breathing mindfully allows for deeper relaxation, balance and centeredness.

Immediate opening for Licensed Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, or other wellness professional to rent space. Currently have 1 full-time individual room. (I am frequently asked for referrals for both of these and would love to have a practitioner here to send them to). If you are looking for workplace synergy and for your business to thrive this is the place for you.

Room can be furnished with a massage table, chairs, rolling chair making it ready for your business to step in and get started. Heat, electric and water are included in rent. Scheduling software and website presence may also be available. Shared waiting room and shared restroom is also stocked with necessities and is included in rent.
