Hello ALL! It feels like it has been FOREVER since I've updated my cancellation list. I am slowly but surely working people back into my schedule and keeping balance, but I'm announcing that I am able to take a few more clients on! If you are interested, my hours are mainly 6 am-1 pm most weekdays and a Saturday or two a month. If you are interested in getting added to the contact list let me know! 💚 Also, if you need different hours- I have many friends who are in the area that have some availability! Thank you all for your patience and continued support through these weird times.

When you schedule your massage with Therapeutic Relaxation, your therapist will sit down and discuss what your goals are. This will ensure that you are getting a specific treatment plan for your needs. We will work together to meet and surpass your goals which will allow you to relax your body and mind, rejuvenate your spirit and quality of life, so that you can feel your best, ALWAYS!

At each massage, your therapist will sit with you at the beginning of your appointment to discuss any issues you are having, or progress that has been made. After your massage concludes your therapist will then make suggestions for stretching techniques, or exercise that will further extend the care that was provided. If at any time you have questions on after care exercise, rolling techniques, or stretching that can be done at home, please do not hesitate to contact us.
