Our leadership team recently participated in a four part series on the Positive Approach to Care, led by Sheri Fairman of Dementia Care Solutions! Trained through Teepa Snow’s renowned program, Sheri guided us in understanding how brain changes affect daily experience’s and how our approach as care partners can make all the difference. We’re excited to bring this knowledge back to our team to strengthen connections, improve care, and support our residence with even more compassion and understanding! 🤗
