Made some clay today, why you might ask?
The w**d wacker and a wasp nest do not like each other at all! There was quit a lot of excitement.

Clay to the rescue, at least to cool and calm the welts and poison reaction.

Just one month ago I had a wasp sting in the garden too, only one sting for me. Clay cooled the sting and pain really well for me that day. A piece of the stinger must have stayed in the area because 5 days later I had a cellulitis (infection in the skin). I was able to resolve that infection WITHOUT antibiotics!

What did I do instead? Injected the area with ozone and did an ozone IV. Resolved within 24 hours! It was pretty amazing!

Happy 4th of July from DHHC!
Today we are having BRAINCAKES!
a great tasting alternative to highly inflammatory and high sugar breakfasts w pancakes that most Americans consume. We are actually supporting our bodies with AMAZING ingredients that FUEL our bodies as we are on a life-long-journey of improving our health.
Braincakes have taken out the grains, added in mushrooms and adaptogens to give better nutrition. Each serving does have 37 grams of carbs (now compare that to transitional pancakes!) WITH 4 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein.

Grounding in my back yard with all the dandelions!
Some of you might think that I don't care about my lawn when I purposefully let these dandelion grow! But that statement could not be further from the truth!
My yard shows I care about the environment and have not allowed w**d killer or roundup on my lawn for the 13 years we have lived here!

I know putting my feet in my grass will not give me, my family, or my animals toxic poison that truly hurts everyone and causes disease.

Dandelion: a common, bright yellow flowering plant, often considered a w**d, but also known for their edible parts and potential health benefits.
