Welcome! My name is Alexis and my journey with learning and practicing Charkra Healing began more than twelve years ago with my martial arts training. My education and usage of essential oils started over twenty years ago in Portland, Oregon. I have always turned to holistic healing for my wellness through massage, acupuncture, reiki, tea, essential oils, etc. It only made sense to share and help guide others on their journey to learning and listening to their own bodies. COMING SOON! I offer small group and individual crystal sound bath meditation sessions. The sessions help to relax your mind, remove negative energy, and bring the body back to a positive state. One-on-one sessions are specific to you with guidance to help balance your system.

Monday Mat and it’s March!

Today exercise is the spine stretch.

In this video I offer a few modifications. Listen to your body, find which one feels best so you can focus on moving the spine with articulation down and forward.

We have instructors to watch you move for pilates because misalignment happens easily.

Overtime with your instructors assistance by either verbal or tactile cues you will start to readjust and find where your body needs to be in space.

It takes time, years of being out of alignment, weak muscles and repetitive motion have created havoc on your body 😢

Pilates helps you slowly correct those issues.

Bicycle!

Practice supine on the mat to start to get used to the flow and movement of the legs.

The mind and body will not want to connect with this one! This will feel awkward, especially going in the opposite direction.

This move really reminded me of certain times training martial arts, when one side feels good then the other side doesn’t want to do it!

I have a lighter spring - I’d start with a 2 or a 3 so you get used to the feeling.

The pedal will stay down.
