HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY DES!! ✨

Des has been with Flourish since the very beginning! She helped us paint walls, build furniture, organize, clean & beyond. If there was a project, she was on it and willing to get it done. We couldn’t be more thankful to have had that kind-of dedication and trust in us as we built the foundation of Flourish.

Des is now an RBT and our Client Engagement Coordinator and comes up with phenomenal activities to keep our clients engaged and having fun throughout their therapy days. We couldn’t be more thankful for the value and heart that she brings everyday to her learners! 🤍

“Hi my name is Valeria I will be attending UWGB to study social work! In the future, I will be on a mission to helping others find their strength and help them succeed. Furthermore, I like to go to the gym, read (a little), and hangout with friends and family!”

Larissa was our Wildflower of the month for December! 🌸

Larissa was nominated by her supervisors for doing such an amazing job with training new staff members, being approachable and kind to her team and setting a wonderful example for others.

Meet the Flourish Team! 🌿

“Hi, I’m Alissa! I’m studying Human Services at NWTC, and I’m someone who loves connecting with others. I believe everyone deserves someone they can trust and who truly sees them. I’m an auntie to one niece and one nephew, and they definitely keep me on my toes! Working at Flourish has helped me grow and meet amazing people. I make friends everywhere I go, love long drives and good conversations, and I’m never against a cozy reset day in bed. And if you’re in Suamico on a Sunday, you can usually find me working at Culver’s!”
