An analog bag is a simple way to swap screen time for hands-on activities! Items such as books, journals, puzzles, or crafts you can take with you anywhere. 📖 Instead of reaching for your phone, you reach for something that keeps your mind engaged in a healthier way!

Taking breaks from screens and engaging in screen-free activities can help support focus, reduce stress, and promote overall brain health. 🧠

What would you put in your analog bag? 👜

Volunteer Spotlight: Meet Misha!

Misha’s passion for brain health began with a deeply personal experience. After reconnecting with her great-grandfather, she noticed he no longer recognized her or her mom due to dementia. That moment sparked her curiosity to learn more about brain health and the many families impacted by cognitive decline.

“What stood out to me is that brain health challenges don’t just impact one person—they impact everyone around them.”

Misha now volunteers with The Brain Center of Green Bay to support brain health education and awareness in our community.

She is currently a sophomore at Notre Dame Academy with interests in chemistry and mathematics, and hopes to pursue neuroscience and a future in medicine.

Her advice for better brain health?
“Limit your screen time and spend more time in nature—it can really improve your focus and creativity.”

We’re grateful for the passion and perspective Misha brings to our volunteer community!
