It is hard not to feel the tumultuous energy charging the airwaves these days. There are so many actions, words, also being in silence that we can help to build bridges, enhance safety and feeling good rather than fearful.
The loving kindness meditation is one of my favorite ways to get centered, enhance well being and help build bridges.
