🎒 Back to School… and Beyond ✨
Heading back to school can be exciting—but for students with disabilities, the transition from school to adulthood can also feel overwhelming and uncertain. The good news? You don’t have to navigate it alone.

The ADRC is here to support youth and families through this important time with guidance on:
✅ Turning 18: Rights, responsibilities & decision-making
✅ Continuing education or finding employment
✅ Public benefits & healthcare
✅ Long-term care options & transition planning

We take time to hear your story, help you set goals, and connect you with resources tailored to your path.
📞 Call or visit us to talk with a transition specialist who’s ready to walk alongside you—because your future matters.
