Nature rests in winter: hibernating, slowing, conserving energy. Even though humans don’t hibernate, our bodies still feel the seasonal shift. It’s okay to move more slowly and honor what your body needs. 🐻

💙 Thank You, Bay View Middle School! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to Bay View Middle School for inviting NAMI Brown County to present on Anxiety and Stress in Teens. In 2025 alone, we’ve had the opportunity to reach over 500 students at Bay View, helping start important conversations around mental health, coping skills, and asking for help.

This year, our school-based presentations have reached more than 1,900 students across Brown County, and we couldn’t do this work without supportive school partners like Bay View who truly prioritize student well-being.

Thank you for creating space for these meaningful discussions and for being champions for youth mental health! 💚

💙 Thank You, NAMI Brown County Community! 💙

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make our annual NAMI Brown County holiday party at the ADRC such a warm and meaningful celebration.

A huge thank you to the Sapphires for sharing their time and talents and providing wonderful music that set the tone for the evening. Thank you to our board members and facilitators for generously providing food, and to our volunteers who helped serve the meal and make sure everyone felt welcome and cared for.

We are also incredibly thankful to our community members who donated gifts so that every attendee could leave with something special. Your generosity truly embodies the spirit of the season.

Because of all of you, our holiday party was filled with connection, kindness, and joy.

We're honored to share that NAMI Brown County has received a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation! This support allows us to provide free mental health education and support to individuals living with mental illness and their families. Thank you to the Packers Foundation for investing in our community and helping us continue to make a difference!
