Hard Cold Winter into Spring Post!

Sorry for the delay getting everyone back up to speed after our frosty winter crash...its come up a few times as you all have reached out with best practices concerns after everything above ground freeze death with wood becoming useless except maybe for composting.

** Autumn Best Practices Note**
ALL above ground growth should ALWAYS be harvested in Fall/Autumn before ave temps dip below 65°!!**
"CUT STUMPS 12" ABOVE GROUND NO MATTER WHAT! (see sample pics below) keep your leaf stored for off season nutritional and medicinal support!

'WHAT DO I DO WITH THESE DEAD STICKS AND PLANTS??'
ALL new growth after harsh conditions such as this past Winter will come from the supercomouter rhyzomes underground!
Above ground should be cut very low removing moldy dead softwoods and if the soil is super dry, a medium deep watering ONE TIME to trigger Spring is here (ave temps 65°+).
Once watered, wait for new growth to Spring up and a week or two later, medium water with organic soil/plant food and watch the explosion of green! Season has sprung!
Harvest by cutting to 12" stalks EVERY 6-8 WEEKS ALL SEASON! This promotes bushy leaf production, Moringa Green Gold!

With at least 5 SOLID FARMING INPUTS, MORINGA should be in-house grown and used all over ones property and operation!

Dont replace slow to sprout plants that got hit hard this Winter! It always takes a week or two longer to recover, but as long as the supercomputer rootball isnt damaged, it will come back unless a baby seedling too immature to cope...under 6 months old.

Research Excerpts: (another freebie trolls because you will always fail in weak principles)

The primary difference between determinate and indeterminate Moringa (Moringa oleifera) varieties lies in their growth habit, height, and how they produce pods and leaves. Determinate varieties are bred to be bushier, shorter, and easier to harvest, while indeterminate varieties are "wild-type" trees that grow very tall, rapidly, and require constant, heavy pruning to manage.

Growth Habit & Height:
Determinate: Developed in India (e.g., PKM-1, PKM-2, ODC-3) to be more compact, with more lateral branches and a bushy shape. They typically do not exceed 2–4 meters in height.

Indeterminate: These represent the wild or standard form, growing rapidly into tall trees that can reach 10–12 meters (up to 40 feet) if not pruned. They tend to have a single, straight trunk with few lower branches.

Harvesting and Pruning:
Determinate: Require less frequent trimming. They are ideal for commercial, high-density, or residential planting where ease of harvesting is important.

Indeterminate: Require severe, frequent, and regular topping/pruning to maintain a suitable height and to promote the necessary lateral branching for leaves and pods.

Production Cycle:
Determinate: Often grown as annuals or short-lived perennials, providing a high-volume harvest over a shorter, more concentrated period.
Indeterminate: Often grown as perennials with a longer, staggered, continuous production of leaves and pods, provided the tree is healthy.
Examples:
Determinate: PKM-1, PKM-2, ODC-3, and various "dwarf" types.
Indeterminate: The standard, wild, or perennial Moringa.

Moringa Mocha Coffee Recipe! 1 Tbsp/day Post!

Getting a Tbsp every day can be challenging when starting your Moringa journey. Be patient and dont expect miracles right away.
This Mocha Coffee variation has been a mainstay in my Nutrition program especially when I am in a rush or have an 'on the go' day!
Its not perfect, but consuming bioavailable Moringa every day is too importsnt to skip.
In the beginning find 2 or 3 foods that initially work and use them hard until you have time to find more.

Remember Moringa LOVES other flavors and foods. Asian foods are great. Smoothies are awesome. ALL teas (get/swallow the loose powder.) ANY recipe that uses Matcha just replace with Organic Moringa powder ie matcha latte and matcha ice cream
Put it in guacamole, soups, salsa, mayo, and maybe try this WHACKO Moringa Mocha...have fun! And eat Moringa every day!

Ingredients:
Organic Cocao Powdwr
Organic Moringa Powder
(Sometimes Instant Mushroom Coffee)
Fresh Coffee
Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice Powder, Cayenne, etc (all optional)
Organic Unprocessed Sugar
(I make one with all of the above, esp on cold days! WHACKO! YUMMY! ZOOM ZOOM!))

The cocao moringa and spices blend together, the more spices the more blend in...flavored creamers whatever works at first. Adjust as your nutrition and food programs mature over time.
