Recently I attended a wellness retreat and it was for me a fantastic reminder of what I’m always encouraging my patients to do: find activities and environments that energize and replenish you and make them a priority! For me it’s time in nature, meditation, journaling, and genuine connection: to myself, nature & friends. I’m encouraging you: find the time and resources to do things that bring you joy. It’s as important for your health as your nutrition and exercise! I feel better than ever and even more passionate about this topic!

Hi, I’m Erica and I’m a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience as a primary care NP.
