Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that provides adult day training, residential services, and employment opportunities to individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities. Everything we do is centered around one key goal: to empower people to live their best life. With the full support of our experienced team, we implement a results-oriented plan of action that enables individuals living with differences to gain meaningful relationships, develop work and career skills, earn an income, achieve social independence, and even become homeowners.

Instead of taking time off, the Clemson University Fellowship of Christian Athletes Missions Team chose to turn their spring break into a powerful experience of service and impact at Challenge Enterprises.

From beautifying our campus and supporting preparations for the Nancy C. Keating Golf Tournament to sharing meaningful moments during a Friendship Visit with our Adult Day Training participants, these twelve students made a lasting difference in just three days.

We are incredibly grateful for their servant hearts, hard work, and genuine connection with our community.

Challenge Enterprises recently had the opportunity to visit the Gainesville Federal Courthouse to celebrate the service milestones of two valued team members. We were proud to recognize Micaiah Jenkins for 5 years of service and Marcu Clark for 10 years of dedicated service with Challenge Enterprises.

The visit also included a tour of the facility, highlighting the important work performed on site and the strong partnership that supports our mission.

Honoring employee milestones is an important part of our culture, and we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the commitment and contributions of our team members. Congratulations to Micaiah and Marcu on these meaningful achievements!

Members of the Challenge Enterprises Home Office team recently visited Tacachale to celebrate incredible employee milestones and honor years of dedicated service.

Join us in congratulating Joyce Raines on 10 years of service and Ethel Williams on 5 years of service. Both Joyce and Ethel are valued team members working at the U.S. Geological Survey – Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) and play an important role in supporting the mission every day.
