I have a few dozen folks who lost a lot of weight without medical or surgical assistance. After 3-5 years the appetite becomes unbearable and they request help.

There is no shame in this. We should help prevent the weight regain. This is why we have technology! No need to white knuckle it and be miserable. 🤷‍♂️❤️

Tirzepitide available now!!!

Tirzepatide (Zepbound) led to more weight loss than semaglutide (Wegovy) in a clinical trial funded by Eli Lilly. Participants who received tirzepatide also had greater improvements in metabolic risk factors. Tirzepatide's dual effects on GLP-1 and GIP may explain its superior performance.
