One of my favorite Yoga Nidras to guide - The Chakra Symbols.

After the mind goes inward and deep relaxation begin to settle the nervous system, you’re guided through a visualization of the chakra symbols.

The chakra symbols were traditionally designed to create a direct association with each psychic center, giving the mind something meaningful to focus on while awareness turns inward.

Ever tried to calm someone down by telling them to “calm down”…and they just look at you with even more frustration? Sometimes they’re just not ready yet.

Our nervous system works the same way.
When the body is in alert mode, it’s not that we don’t want to relax, the body just needs a little help getting there by slowly introducing a sense of safety.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how uncomfortable change can feel… even when it’s “good” change.

Sometimes nothing is technically wrong, but your body still feels anxious or unsettled.

That’s usually just your nervous system trying to adjust.

I recorded a Yoga Nidra for Anxiety Relief that’s all about feeling grounded when life feels like it’s moving around you.

It’s gentle, simple, and you really don’t have to do anything except lie down and listen.
If you’ve been feeling a little unsteady lately, this one might support you. 🌿

September is a month of change and transition. We wrap up summer and go into new routines...
..back to school, back to work, fresh projects, less grilling and more baking.

Out in nature, change is everywhere too: leaves changing, cooler air, migration and preparation.

Life is always in motion, and with a new season, we’re invited to flow with change rather than resist it.

So this month’s Yoga Nidra Series is dedicated to that very theme...
..helping you soften into transition, release the grip of control, and discover ease in the unknown.

Together, we’ll not only rest deeply but also begin to shape an intention to carry into the new season.

Each week’s practice will be paired with gentle journaling to support clarity, release, and renewal so your intention arises naturally and authentically.
