This massage is tailored to you! Spending extra time working on problem areas with cupping, stretching, essential oils, or heat.

Or you can simply just choose favorite areas that you would love to pay extra attention to for longer periods of time, like feet and legs, arms, hands and shoulders or an hour dedicated just to back...you get to decide 🙌

There's been such a huge outpouring of love and kindness to myself and my family as we work through the loss of my mom. It is bittersweet. I've had many people ask if I was still able to keep appointments and even some cancellations.

We all go through hard things and even harder things when we thought we met the threshold. I ask one thing though, please continue to work with me as you normally would through this time. My work is my passion, my foundation and my place of peace.

I have removed dates from my calendar that need to be taken for myself and my family. Other than that like anyone else I want to strive and see my future and my hopes come to fruition. I dont want to bury them too.

🌿 There are 32 points on your head that are symmetrical on left and right side of your head, so by applying light touch I hold the points simultaneously, creating a bar or connection from to both sides. There are 13 different holds to cover them all.

These points, when held ALLOW THE RELEASE of anything concious and unconcious that is holding us back from reaching our highest potential. Dogma, ideology, beliefs or even punishments or traumas put on us throughout this lifetime and past keep us from believing in all of our abilities and gifts. They put us in a place of doubt, fear, shame, guilt ect.

It's much like going into your computer and closing down all the tabs you didnt even realize where still open. You know the ones you no longer need!

It is a very relaxing session that is all about receiving. You can lay comfortably on the massage table and enjoy. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes. It's a wonderful gift that everyone should experience. You ready?
