Honor Guard notice:
Army veteran Scott Vaughn Covington,(40)
Saturday, July 19, Riverview Cemetery Green River, be there at 11:45.
Please let me know if you can be there.

This will be a tough one, Green River native, three young children, tragically died in an auto accident July 9, two tours in Iraq, two Purple Hearts among numerous other citations.

Honor Guard notice: Friday July 18th we have two graveside services to do, the first one is for Army veteran James Roy Shoemaker (77), at Riverview Cemetery Green River. The service starts at 11:00 AM so be at the cemetery by 10:45. The van will be leaving Post 24 at 10:15.

The second one is for Marine veteran Michael James Moore (74), at Rock Springs municipal cemetery. The church service starts at 11:00am, the funeral director expects them to show up at the cemetery at 12:00.
So we will have to depart the Schoemaker funeral immediately upon completion of our duty then head to Rock Springs to do the second graveside service.

1st June 27th, 7:30 p.m. Stratton Myers Ball Park for Legion Baseball.
2nd June 29th, 9:30 a.m. Flaming Gorge Days Parade.
Both sign-up sheets are at Post 28.
