Hi friends! I’m checking in to see who is interested in a class for osteopenia and osteoporosis. The foundation is in an evidence based yoga developed by an MD who is a 40 year yogi - it’s been proven to grow bone for most people. There is also light weights and stretching. I will be teaching in Green Valley starting January — and offer the class virtually as well. Post here or message privately. No obligation…. Just looking to meet your needs in my scheduling.
