One of our go-to breakfast meals:
Egg salad made with 2 eggs ๐Ÿฅš
A little mayo + Dijon
Apple cider vinegar
Ground flax ๐ŸŒพ
Small chunks of apple ๐ŸŽ
Cold-smoked salmon ๐ŸŸ
On toasted sourdough bread๐Ÿž

Blessings In a Backpack's Supper Smiles bags are available starting today, Saturday, November 1 to anyone who is in need.

Supper Smiles bags are available for pick up at Green Fire Station #1, 4200 Massillon Road (Steese Road entrance) between 7 am โ€“ 9 pm daily.

The Supper Smiles program offers complete, simple meal kits and pantry staples such as soups, canned pasta, peanut butter, canned tuna and chicken and similar to anyone in need. An example is shown in the photo below.
