Dr. Collazos was born in Cali, Colombia. He is a graduate of “La Universidad Del Valle” School of Medicine in Cali-Valle, Colombia where he received his Doctor in Medicine degree. He completed his residency and internship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. Collazos has practiced in different facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Colombia. He joined Soma Medical Center P.A. #3 in 2017. He is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Collazos has privileges at Palms West Hospital, Wellington Regional Medical Center and JFK Medical Center. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
