March is here and Spring is on its way! Many of us have felt cooped up all winter and are feeling ready to get outside and start moving our bodies. Take a walk and spend time outside whenever you get a chance. It can lift your mood and help you get in touch with your inner world and your surroundings.

Between Christmas and New Years is a time to get things done and keep the ship afloat, so to speak. It's been a time to do important tasks like laundry, cleaning, buying the groceries that have run out, and getting some work in. In years past, I've taken the week off work to visit with family I don't get to see the rest of the year, but this year, I've been blessed to see them more often because of the flexibility to work from home. What I've found I needed most this week is to connect with friends I haven't seen enough this year and participate in more hobbies and FUN. Whatever you're doing this week, make time for whatever it is you need most.
