We serve clients from all walks of life, and specialize in matters pertaining to depression, anxi

Social media can sometimes make self-care seem like bubble baths, face masks, and waking up at 5am to journal in matching pajamas.
Listen, those things can certainly be nice. But real self-care often looks a lot less glamorous and a lot more necessary.

💛 Checking in with yourself honestly
💛 Declining to take on extra tasks when your plate is already full
💛 Taking some time alone when you’re overstimulated
💛 Resting when you’re tired instead of “pushing through”
💛 Remembering gratitude, even when life is life-ing
💛 Setting boundaries without writing a 3-page apology
💛 Asking for help when you need it
💛 Choosing what’s healthy over what’s easy
Sometimes self-care isn’t pretty, relaxing, or Instagram-worthy. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable, intentional, and deeply healing.
