What a Great Busy Move-in day at AYE‼️
Our Loops Pulsed from about 3:30-11p!We lost count... 🤪
Thank you to everyone that scheduled with us today! We have the best customers, always offering snacks, drinks, & meals… Thank you!!! Best part is visiting everyone and seeing and talking to the kids ❤️
We relaxed hogs, sheep, goats, and people after their travel time to the hill. Tomorrow we will add steers and heifers to the list.

Only a few more days until the day we’ve been anticipating all year! Here’s a few reminders as you head to AYE!

Tack move in: Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 7am-5pm. PLEASE do not move your tack in before Saturday!
Livestock move in: Saturday 12pm-5pm and Sunday 7am-5pm. Livestock can start moving in at NOON on Saturday, please note this is a different time than tack move in!

🔴 Stalling will be sent out Friday at NOON but can be confirmed at the gate during move in.
🔴All animals must have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within 90 days to enter the fairgrounds. No exceptions.
🔴Washington County Fairgrounds address: 2463 N McConnell Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72704
🔴 ALL RVs must be in place prior to Sunday or can be moved in AFTER 5pm in Sunday to keep traffic clear for animal unloading!
