First real harvest of the season! Unfortunately the rabbits got in my tunnel a couple of months ago, they just haven’t recovered well. We will have a limited amount this year.

Looking all the way back to our very first ranunculus season. The excitement the joy, the hard work the wait is so worth every bit of back aches, checking on them and praying over them everyday.
The one flower I will always grow and the one I will always love. Ranunculus have my heart. The flower that proved to myself that I can grow beautiful things, the flower that started my passion for this little flower farm.

I have been MIA this summer, our lives our changing.We have welcomed two beautiful granddaughters this year. We are traveling more this year than we ever have.
Enjoying spending time with our 4 granddaughters and our children. We will have two of our children living in different states, and plan on visiting with them and their families as much as possible.

We have decided to change the focus of the farm. We will still have our beautiful ranunculus, anemones and other early spring flowers. I plan on doing workshops and possibly a few U-Picks.
I will be doing some teaching this fall for spring blooms. Be on the look out for that a little later on.

Our focus will be more on our sweet spring blooms, with a few early summer blooms.

I took a little time off for my annual girls beach trip, and I feel refreshed. Sometimes you need to step away and rejuvenate. My life long friends and I have been taking this trip for the last 12 years together.

Now back to the busy life of a salon owner and a flower farmer.
I will be having some pop up workshops and we will be getting ready for fall soon.

Not only do we grow beautiful flowers, we also grow our own food. Jj takes care of the garden and I will say he has done a beautiful job! He is about 6’2 as you can see that beautiful corn is almost taller than him.

I spent the day doing some harvesting of some sweet blooms, and some much needed cleaning. I was so dirty and stinky but it was worth it! Sometimes you just need to get out in the dirt, today was my dirt therapy! It was wonderful!

Just a few of our sweet Mother’s Day orders that went out today. We had a limited amount this year because of rabbits. Thank you to all that ordered we appreciate you! This will wrap up our season for a few weeks. We will possibly have a few things here and there, but not much until closer to fall.
