Hazel writes: “My research argues that TikTok extends the tension between Hollywood studios and the audience regarding creative control over film releases and associated media texts. Sarah writes: “In my thesis, I am critically examining the 1951 UN Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol, which are widely considered to be the foundational documents of international refugee law. By analyzing the legal text’s historical context, limitations, and biases, I raise questions about its relevance in the modern global governance system. Ultimately, my thesis serves as a starting point for discussion on how to best reform the current legal framework for global refugee protection.” 📚🦉
