These sweet ladies came in stressed today. These important women with important jobs needed therapeutic touch today. They needed to find their breath and ground. I think they did an excellent job in this Restorative class; finding their peace. Let me know if you’d like me to work with your “tribe”.

Me today getting ready for Yin Yoga. I usually get here an hour early to spot mop, sweep, and stretch. Today I am so so tight, that it’s taken Much longer. It’s easy to get down on yourself when your body doesn’t do what you ask of it, but I am just going to be grateful today that I have a body that allows me to come here in this sacred little space of mine to stretch, practice self love, and be with the people I love . We are all truly blessed. Namaste, my friends.❤️

I still have space for tomorrow’s yin class at 1:00. It’s so so relaxing!
As women, we hold a lot of “yuck” in our hips, so we really work on our hip flexors, pelvic floor and hamstrings; loosening them up. A great way to start the week. ❤️
