Fasted 10 mile run this morning in this beautiful brisk weather.
Next week will be a 13+ mile run.

Ribeye, beef liver and cottage cheese with some honey was the post run meal.
161g protein.
90g fats.
43g carbs.

Next week will probably be a little bit more biking than running. Keep a little wear and tear off the legs as much as possible.

Been awhile!

It's been awhile since I've posted on the page, but with my new challenge ahead, I feel like it's the perfect opportunity to show exactly what it means to "eat your goal".

February 16, 2025 on my 32nd birthday I'm going to run my first full marathon (26.2 miles). For the next 13 weeks I'll be posting how I'm training and preparing for the marathon.

Eat Your Goal is about having a goal and chipping away day by day. Effectively and consistently.

It's so easy to criticize someone else for what they're doing.
But sometimes you have to give yourself that same energy.

Be brutally honest with yourself. If you wanna change something, say it out loud, and say it proud.
