Silver Angels is a licensed non-medical home care agency with 8 locations across Tennessee & Kentucky serving 58 counties. Our services allow individuals to stay in their own homes & still receive the care & support that they need to remain as independent as possible. This location serves Hawkins, Hamblen, Hancock, Greene and surrounding counties. Our services include in-home personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, veterans care, in-home respite (temporary relief for family caregiver), companion care, assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, light housekeeping and more. We are accepting new clients who are Veterans, have long-term care insurance or would like to self-pay for their services. Silver Angels was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long-term care for seniors or disabled adults. We are a home care provider with a Mission to provide individuals with a home-based choice in meeting their long-term care needs. Our caregivers provide compassionate care to assist people with their daily activities in the comfort of their own home. Nicholas Fleming has returned to Silver Angels as the Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Bradley, LLC.

With over six years of experience in the field, Nicholas brings a strong background in person-centered care and operational leadership. Most recently, he spent two and a half years in St. Louis providing care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—an experience that further deepened his passion for individualized service. Prior to that, he served for four years as Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sumner, LLC.

A Cleveland native, Nicholas, is excited to once again serve his hometown and its surrounding communities through a mission-driven organization that feels like home. His commitment to helping aging adults remain in the comfort of their homes, coupled with his belief in delivering second-mile service, underscores every aspect of his work with clients and their families.

When he’s not working, Nicholas enjoys exploring local trails, relaxing by the pool, spending quality time with friends and family, and volunteering at community events around Bradley County. Deeply rooted in Cleveland, he takes great pride in giving back to the community he calls home.

Silver Angels of Tennessee provides non-medical home care services that allow individuals to stay in their own homes and still receive the care and support that they need to remain as independent as possible.

Silver Angels of Tennessee was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long-term care for seniors or disabled adults.

Our services include in-home personal care, home delivered meals, personal emergency response systems, in-home respite (temporary relief for family caregiver), assistance with errands and shopping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, light housekeeping and more.

We currently serve over 1200 persons throughout Tennessee and we are accepting any new clients who are Veterans, have long term care insurance or would like to self-pay for their services. We are a Choices provider as well.
