My Herbal Story

The Blessed Bee Herbs (Herbals) started after my patients wanted access to quality herbs at an affordable price. Prior to moving to Greeneville, Tennessee, I had the awesome opportunity to work as an urogyn nurse practitioner in Wisconsin. I was able to incorporate both my nurse practitioner education and my associate fellowship in integrative medicine at this practice.

I have now retired and moved back to Tennessee. I attended high school at Jefferson County. My family has lived in North Carolina for over 200 years. My grandfather was knowledgeable in herbalism as well as my aunts. I am hoping to pass on that legacy to my children and grandchildren as well.

I am excited to bring my integrative approach to herbs and health to Greeneville and the surrounding communities. I have an Associate Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona. Drs. Weil, LowDog and Maizes were my mentors there. I also honor and practice the Wise Woman Way taught by Susun W**d. Each day I try to learn one more fact or application about herbs. To me, this is a lifetime of learning.

It is a privilege to offer both organic herbs and teas to my community. At the shop, you will also find an assortment of tea accoutrements. We will be offering cupcakes from Baking Me Happy as well other tasty treats.
