Meet Mighty Milo, one of our incredible graduates from Lighthouse Autism Center in Kearney! Milo made tremendous progress during his time with us—and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he’s accomplished.

Even as Nebraska faces recent Medicaid reimbursement rate cuts that are forcing some providers to leave, our commitment to learners like Milo has never been stronger. That commitment goes beyond providing care — we will continue to advocate for access to autism therapy across all communities and for Medicaid reimbursement rates that are equitable to those of other healthcare services.

At Lighthouse Autism Center, we’re here to stay. Our doors are open, our mission is unchanged, and every child will continue to have the opportunity to shine.

We encourage all family members, caregivers, and loved ones of a person with autism to attend and share your feedback on the proposed State Plan Amendment and other issues with Medicaid you may have related to ABA!
