Rock climbing and bouldering are growing fast in popularity. Indoor climbing gyms are full of people pushing their limits and testing their strength.
But all that jumping, landing, and pushing your limits puts serious stress on your feet and ankles. Sprains, ligament injuries, or small fractures can happen, even if they don’t feel serious at first.
If swelling, pain, or difficulty walking continues after a climbing session or fall, it should not be ignored.
