Hancock Regional Hospital understands that the benefits of wellness are important to your health. Hancock Wellness Center was developed to help you incorporate not just exercise, but overall wellness into your lifestyle. We believe that building a healthy lifestyle takes a balanced combination of physical activity, proper nutrition, stress management, and wellness education. The center features a

full line of new Technogym strength and cardio fitness equipment, certified staff, a lap swimming pool, full-court basketball, clinically-integrated programs, and a variety of fitness classes. Our services are designed to provide the tools you need to reach your personal health and wellness goals. Hancock Wellness Center recently achieved certification by the Medical Fitness Association (MFA), making it the only certified medical fitness center in central Indiana, and one of only 30 in the entire nation. MFA certification is an acknowledgment of the best practice industry standards followed throughout the facility. Facility certification also recognizes the experience, education, and expertise of the staff and their dedication to the Center’s wellness philosophy. As part of the certification process, Hancock Wellness Center had to demonstrate its adherence to MFA’s 145 standards and guidelines. If you'd like more information about signing up or to schedule a tour, please contact us at 317-468-6100. When you join, we will meet with you to assess your fitness level and help develop an exercise plan based on your individual needs.

- Focus on a fiber-rich diet, think fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, and lentils
