Grow takes time. Improving muscle mass takes time. Consistency and grace are keys. Been working on increasing muscle mass for 3 years now. It’s a process and I love to continue to challenge myself.

Some days I do not want to go to the gym but I always feel better when I am done. Hit some new PRs today. 🤗🤗🤗🤗.

You will not see huge gains in 1-2 weeks or months. It takes time. Be kind to yourself on your journey.
