I am not a doctor, so the things that you choose to do with your own body are between you, God, and your family. However, I personally believe that many people are over detoxing. Our bodies are not made to constantly do harsh detoxes. They're made to naturally detox from the foods that we eat daily. Therefore, if we are eating healthy on a daily basis, we will not need these detoxes constantly.
Extreme cleanses like the parasite cleanse, the liver detox, and the metal detox have their place. Toxins, chemicals, parasites, and bad things do come from everywhere, but if we're eating healthy, our body's naturally and gentally detox on a regular basis. We can do a parasite cleanse a couple of times a year along with the metal detox and then follow up with a liver cleanse if your body is needing that.
Your parasite cleanse should not be done over several weeks unless you did it wrong, in which case, you may need to redo the parasite cleanse. Hulda Clark cured her patients of ¢¢er in 5 days. That being said, a good healthy diet regimen is what keeps parasites away. We can still come back in contact with them, hence the reason we do a parasite cleanse at least a couple of times a year.
A colon cleanse can be done while doing the parasite cleanse or just after. It should definitely be done while doing the parasite cleanse if you have a really bad infestation. Psyllium husk is one of the best herbs for that as it expands and gently scrapes the insides of the intestinal wall, clearing it of all stuck foods, debris, and/or dead parasites. I intentionally pair psyllium husk with bentonite clay powder and activated charcoal powder. The bentonite clay powder and activated charcoal powder are both binders to take the toxins out. These three things work synergistically to cleanse the colon of toxins and impurities, as well as, dead parasites.
The liver cleanse is separate of a parasite cleanse. It's another part of the healing process. It's not the exact same as the parasite cleanse. Though, the herbs used for a liver cleanse do help to eliminate parasites as well, they are used more as preventative measures to keep them from settling back in and to restore and heal your liver.
So, the moral of this post, eat like our ancestors. If your ancestors wouldn't eat it, spit it out. Get back to the basics. Live and eat how God intended for us to be from the beginning.
~ Seed oils = poison
~ fake food = fake energy
~ cook like your life depends on it
~ meat, veggies, fruit, broth, fermented roots.
Eat to live, don't live to eat.
