WELCOME SPRING!! 💐
We are all waking up from a long winter’s nap, and like the bears, the birds and the flowers, we are wanting to stretch our limbs and reach for the sun! If you haven’t been as active as you’d like, now is a great time to “get moving”!

Start small, for some that means 5-15 mins of movement, for others starting with 30 mins and working your way up to an hour is perfect. Either way, be gentle with yourself, it has been a long winter, but maybe now is a good time to add a wee bit more discipline into your weekly movement goals.

Hi Everyone, The State of Massachusetts reopen date has been extended to May 18th. I think this trend will continue so as not to overwhelm people. I suspect when the State does allow businesses to begin opening again, it will be done in phases as evident of other States proposals. I will be surprised if my office will be open before July 1st given current circumstances. Know that I continue thinking of all of you and hoping for your best and safest health. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need any help with current discomfort that stretching or positional therapies may help alleviate. ❤️

Update 4/3/20: The office will be closed until at least May 4th unless the Governor extends that projected date. If you are looking for ways to support small businesses such as mine, some clients have sent checks for their next scheduled massage . I hope you and your families are safe & healthy. 💗
The Town of Greenfield Board of Health has declared my business and others listed below to remain closed through April 7th pending further State and Federal Mandates.

I know I’m not alone taking deep breaths and trusting that we will all get through this as financially difficult as it may be.
