We are currently open with the following restrictions:
We CANNOT see patients who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Patients will be assessed for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering our clinic and WILL NOT BE SEEN if they exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms. If you suspect you have COVID-19 or have been exposed, please visit your nearest ER or call 911.
We WILL REQUIRE that you call us (414-545-5500) from your car when you arrive. For your protection, we WILL NOT allow patients to wait in our waiting room/common area or enter the building unes**rted. We will come to your car to collect your information and register you. We will es**rt you inside our clinic when we are ready to see you.
We WILL REQUIRE you bring and wear face masks WHILE INSIDE OUR CLINIC AT ALL TIMES (unless directed by our doctor to remove as part of an examination). We WILL NOT PROVIDE face masks.
