On January 22, you're invited to join us at Gateway Hancock Health with Indy Maven to host Unfiltered: A Women’s Health Conversation We All Need — an honest, judgment-free panel discussion focused on the topics that impact women every day but still feel hard to talk about.

From hormones and aging to pelvic health, sexual wellness, and surgical options, our expert panel will tackle real questions with candor, clarity, and compassion. You’ll even have the option to submit questions anonymously ahead of time.

With the sun sinking low in the sky it's hard to believe that winter doesn't actually start until tomorrow! ❄️

Here's our reminder to be careful of common winter injuries. Watch out for slippery patches of ice and snow this winter. Be careful driving, especially at night, when black ice can surprise the most seasoned of drivers. Always allow more time to get from place to place when the weather is wintery.
