Every 3 years, we ask residents to tell us about the health issues affecting our county. 🩺 Your input is vital to Hancock Health’s community health strategy for the next three years. 🫵 Together with our community partners, our goal is to create better services and address barriers to improved health and well-being for everyone living or working in Hancock County. 📍

The survey is anonymous, takes just a few minutes, and is open to anyone 14 years or older who lives or works in Hancock County.
