Another great Halloween season in the books; this time with a party thrown into the mix. Thank you to everyone who came out and to all who dressed up during the week. We saw some great costumes this year. This was also half late 13th anniversary party so thank you to all of our amazing clients everywhere for making our facility possible and making it great. We appreciate each and every one of you.

🚨 We have a new ICON in the house!!! 🚨

absolutely crushed her performance test this morning, but that shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone - try to count how many times you can find her name on our record boards across the gym! From being a former competitive dancer and rower, to now heading off to her senior year of college, Savannah exemplifies what it means to put 100% in whatever she chooses to do. We wish her luck as she heads off to school tomorrow, and can’t wait to see her crush some more PR’s in (and out) of the gym! 🤩

Consistency and determination with well rounded development. Laura is the epitome of all of these things. 2x bodyweight lifts, pullups, pushups and muscular endurance for days, and top end conditioning on top of it. After years of high level training and dedication in and out of the gym, we are proud to award her with both Fifth Dimension Icon and Next Dimension Elite designations. Laura absolutely obliterated her strength, endurance and conditioning tests and there is probably no one who is surprised. When she is doing something in the gym, people tend to stop and watch. Congratulations Laura and continue to be an inspiration for everyone in and out of the gym!
