The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is under the care of Dr. Gary Steven and Dr. Don Bukstein. Having had his own experiences with allergies all his life, Dr. Steven brings a unique perspective and understanding of available treatment options for your allergy needs. ince 1994, participating in over 90 clinical trials of new medications and delivery devices for medications. He is a Certified Principal Investigator (CPI), counted among the first 180 physicians to earn this distinction in the first year this certification was established to ensure the highest possible degree of quality and patient safety. He is honored to be able to help bring new medications for allergies, asthma COPD, and chronic cough to the market and thrives on being able to make available new exciting forms of treatment to his patients. Dr. Bukstein served as Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and Family Practice at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the author of over 75 publications and holds two patents on medical devices. His major professional interests involve the practice of medicine and clinical lifestyle research. He has a special interest in food allergy, childhood asthma, and infant wheezing. Dr. Bukstein is also a Fellow in the American Academy and College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and is Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology. AASC offers various services to fulfill your allergy, asthma, and sinus needs. Some of these are nitric oxide testing, asthma education, exercise challenges, allergy testing, fiberoptic rhinoscopy, and scuba diving fitness evaluation. In addition to these services, we perform daily pollen counting, enabling more accurate data reporting for pollen levels within the community.
