Hospice of Franklin County has been serving the greater Franklin County area for more than a decade caring for neighbors, family and friends. Many of our team members were part of the very first local hospice work which began more than 30 years ago. From these grassroots beginnings, Hospice of Franklin County has developed strong relationships with local community members and agencies, enabling re
sponsive, well-informed, compassionate end of life care. Programs include traditional hospice services, extended bereavement services, adult palliative consultation services, and a pediatric palliative care program. Hospice of Franklin County is a Level Two partner in the We Honor Veterans program. Locally run and staffed by caring and attentive Franklin County professionals and volunteers, Hospice of Franklin County is backed by the expertise and resources of our parent company, Berkshire Healthcare, a not-for-profit, consumer-centered organization committed to fulfilling the health and residential needs in the communities served. Our network is the reason we are able to provide comprehensive hospice care, both at home and in our own skilled nursing facilities.
