Exciting News!

We are going to be offering some specialty classes in March.

Snake Yoga 🐍🧘‍♀️
Find your breath and relax on your mat while folks from Morphs & Milestones provide a hands on experience with some of their ambassadors.

Mindful Art on the Mat 🎨🧘🏼
Spend an hour on your mat utilizing water color and pen. The guided session is led by local artist Paula Kay Kerouac from Dancing Wind Studio. All materials supplied.

Full Moon Sound Healing/Reiki Session 🌕🧘🏻‍♂️
Designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and allow your nervous system to fully settle. Candy Foster is an intuitive energy healer, Reiki practitioner, and spiritual guide.

All specialty classes are $25. All materials are provided.

Walking in for Tuesday night stretch class, only to discover water pouring in to the first floor. Walls are dripping, floors are soaked due to ice dams on the roof.

It’s easy to get upset with things that are not in your control. Sometimes you have to remind yourself to be grateful, as things in life can be far worse.

I’m grateful that we had a Tuesday night class and we were able to discover the leak.

I’m grateful that I have blankets, towels, mop and miscellaneous buckets to clean up and catch water from pouring in.

I’m grateful that my husband was outside clearing snow, and stayed until after class was over to start working on the roof at 7 at night.

And I’m grateful that I showed up and got to stretch with Mary Clisbee leading us (Even with the sound of water going in to the buckets).

The older I get, the more grateful I am for those things in my control. Including not getting upset with the things that are not.
