Getting your annual flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself and your loved ones. The vaccine can help lower your chances of getting sick, or make symptoms milder if you do catch the flu.

The CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get vaccinated each year. It’s especially important for expectant mothers and those with chronic health conditions.
