my inner teen & inner child are SO activated and i'm honestly having the hardest time reminding them we are safe. 🥺 i'm having a meltdown or having an anxiety attack almost everyday. im having to hold space for feelings that I literally did not have the time or energy for years ago. and it's going to be okay, but it's REALLY hard out here rn!!

and it's so important to me that you angels know that. dont expect everyone to be always up & on ✨

I'll be bed rotting & s**t posting🫶🏻✨ and literally trying anything that will regulate my nervous system rn. reiki, w**d, meditation —not working. very open to suggestions 💕🫶🏻

honestly, I get it though.
my inner teen is furious, hateful, spiteful.

she's traumatized.
she's reactive.
she's still fighting battles she doesn't know we won.

and as much as I want to validate her, she cannot take the lead.

that girl survived things she never should have had to survive. she fought, clawed, and screamed her way to safety.

so I sit with her. I hold her in my—in our arms—while she thrashes like a storm-laden ocean, screaming at me to get the f**k away from her.

and I remind her. I'm not going anywhere.
we're safe now. you got us here. and I'm keeping us here 🫶🏻🤝🏻 and she has every right to be angry right now. And we're going to get angry again 😂

but we aren't alone
we have each other 🤍

i know i am not the first energy healer to have heard this. but honestly, sometimes comments like that do sting a little.

when you dedicate your life to holding space for people’s healing, it’s strange hearing the work framed like a last resort. like something you only try when everything else has already fallen apart.

but the more i thought about it 🤔 the more i realized that’s actually how most people treat healing.

not just energy work.

therapy. rest. nervous system support. emotional care.

people wait until they are burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious, heartbroken, completely running on fumes, and THEN they look for support.

i'm going to hold your hand when I say this 🤝🏻🫶🏻healing isn’t just for when things fall apart.

it’s maintenance.

you don’t only drink water when you’re desperate.
you don’t only sleep when you’re desperate.
you don’t only take care of your body when you’re desperate.

your nervous system deserves that same consistency.
and ironically, the people who experience the deepest shifts with this work are usually the ones who don’t wait until they’re desperate. 🤭

they build rhythm.
they build awareness.
they show up for themselves before things hit a breaking point.

and if someone does come to me when they’re desperate?

my door is still open. always
but my hope is always that people learn they deserve support long before it gets to that point. 🤍🫶🏻✨

because healing works best when it's consistent.

on march 3rd, we meet a full moon wrapped inside a lunar eclipse 🌑 which means this isn’t just illumination. it’s revelation. eclipse energy doesn’t gently whisper. it rearranges. it closes doors we’ve been staring at for too long. it tugs at timelines. it exposes what’s been quietly building beneath the surface.
