Let’s Talk Policy 💬✂️
Hey friends! We just want to take a quick moment to share a little behind-the-scenes info about how we handle things when a stylist moves on from our salon.
Here at The Chop Shop, we have a clear and consistent policy in place — and we follow it with every stylist who leaves:
✨ When a stylist departs, our first priority is to help their clients get rebooked with another one of our amazing in-house stylists — because we have a whole team of talent ready to take great care of you!
✨ BUT — if a client specifically says they’d like to continue seeing their former stylist, we will absolutely provide that stylist’s contact information. No hesitation. No gatekeeping.
What we don’t do is share personal contact info without a direct request — because privacy matters, and we take it seriously.
We’ve always aimed to handle transitions with kindness, professionalism, and consistency — and that won’t change.
And as for any stylist who moves on? We wish them the absolute best of luck, good vibes, and all that jazz 💕 on their next chapter.
