**Now Hiring: Part-Time Leasing Consultant at The District at West Market!**

The District at West Market is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Part-Time Leasing Consultant** to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant community and gain valuable experience in property management.

**Position Details:**
- **Hours:** 10-20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
- **Location:** The District at West Market – 830 west market Street Greensboro NC
- **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate
**What You’ll Do:**
- Assist prospective residents in finding their ideal apartment home.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our community and amenities.
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease agreements.
- Build relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior leasing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
- Availability to work weekends is preferred.
