Help me out with this. Now you have 10 artist on your event. 3 are major. Lets just say you pay just those 3 artist 6000 combined. Your venue, 1500. The 7 other groups together, around 2000 combined. Your sound company you want to pay them not even a 1000. As sound engineers, we are first to get there. And last to leave. We have to pay our help/employees. gas, food, and our time for that entire day towards your production. It makes no sense how you lowball us! And to the sound engineers that take these low budget gigs...you're not helping us at all! But, that's how we as a people work. So, I am going slide right out of your way, to the other side of the tracks. I know my worth.
