At Lucas Exceptional Healthcare, we don’t double-book. That means when you have a 10AM appointment, that time is reserved just for YOU.

💙 We keep our schedule light on purpose — so you get focused, personalized care.
❗️But when you no-show, it leaves a gap we can’t fill.

Effective immediately:
• 💳 Self-pay patients must pay when booking
• 📅 Insurance patients will be charged a $50 no-show fee
• 🛑 Medicaid patients with 2+ no-shows may be dismissed from the practice

Requirements:
• Medical background required (Certified Medical Assistant preferred; Phlebotomists will be considered).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required (EMR experience preferred).
• Experience with medical billing and prior authorizations is a plus.
