Sometimes those little mindless habits quietly sabotage your peace and joy. They may be distracting you from discomfort temporarily , yes, but that’s an avoidance tactic. Then you get on the yoga mat with no distraction, complete quiet or stillness and the thoughts and feelings become overwhelming, so much that you quit or stop. ❤️🩹 Is there a mindless habit that might be covering up something that could use a little TLC? Maybe you need a way to process stress and hurt. ❤️🩹 Whatever it is, you’re so worth your own deep attention and love!
