Leaders like you focus so much energy on holding space for others, but leaders like you benefit greatly from having space held for YOU! It’s part of how we build resilience. When space is held for you, you can grow, learn and unlearn, recover, and the list goes on. Where are your spaces? Yoga? Meditation? Dance? Clubs? Family? Take an inventory of your spaces and understand how they nurture you. See if there are gaps and adjust. ♥️♥️

It’s so important to not latch on to those negative thoughts, stories, fears, or anxieties and to let them come and go. When we latch on, we can unknowingly create the very thing we seek to avoid. Instead cultivate self trust and self love that you can handle whatever comes your way. Make plans from a grounded, centered place of wisdom whenever possible - not fear. ♥️
