Within the Triad & across NC (in-person/virtually) we strive to meet the primary medical needs for our LGBQ+&T community by ensuring
gender informed and affirming services. We offer evaluations for blockers, hormones, surgical procedures, assistance with a complete legal name change, and gender marker changes. If you are trans we offer hormones under International Standards of Care developed by W

PATH. We follow the informed consent approach team model. We are able to provide evaluations and hormone treatment often at your first visit.

Our Story

Starting out, we will be providing basic primary care medical services, medication management, and gender-affirming hormone therapy while we slowly add add­itional services out of our temporary location at Tree of Life Counseling, PLLC beginning April 25th, 2020. While we are delighted to provide services to everyone, the primary purpose of Kalōs will be to provide a comprehensive and full spectrum medical and behavioral health care practice tailored to our Transgender & LGBQ+ community in one convenient location.

Individuals who desire are welcome to contact Kalōs Comprehensive Care now to schedule an appointment to establish care on or after April 25, 2020. We will offer scheduled appointments for office visits at our temporary location at Tree of Life Counseling, in addition to Telehealth services by phone and video for existing patients or for prior patients who have arranged to have their medical record transferred.
