Anti-Inflammatory step #3: let’s get our omega 6: omega 3 ratio right! It should be 1:1 - most Americans’ ratio is closer to 25:1. Ditch the processed foods, fried foods, and j***y canola oil-saturated sauces and dressings. Reach for whole, unprocessed foods instead and prioritize lean sources of protein to help control those cravings. And supplement with fish oils. 👊🏽
