A belated Merry Christmas from our family to yours 🎄

Having family in town the week of Christmas was a sweet reminder of what the season is really about — slowing down, being present, and celebrating the gift of Christ’s birth.

It also reminded us why we do what we do every day at New Garden Eye Care. Caring for people well, taking the time to truly see them, and treating every patient like family isn’t just our job — it’s our calling.

Grateful for this season, our community, and the opportunity to serve with purpose. ❤️👓✝️

Anti-Inflammatory step #3: let’s get our omega 6: omega 3 ratio right! It should be 1:1 - most Americans’ ratio is closer to 25:1. Ditch the processed foods, fried foods, and j***y canola oil-saturated sauces and dressings. Reach for whole, unprocessed foods instead and prioritize lean sources of protein to help control those cravings. And supplement with fish oils. 👊🏽
